About CR Commercial Investments
Rick Jurgens was born in Sidney, Nebraska where he grew up and worked as a true life cowboy on his father's ranch until he was 36 years old. He later moved here to Yuma, Arizona where he earned his Real Estate License in 1988, Broker's license in 1992. CR (commercial real estate) Commercial Investments was created in 1997. A large percentage of his business is owner financed with no credit approval.

Rick's wife; Patricia, is the Spanish flair added to Rick's life and they were married in 1995. Patricia was born in Sinaloa, Mexico and she does all the Spanish translating needed for Rick, as well as his office work for CR Commercial Investments.
